Prior to founding Comstock in 2007, Adrian was the Vice President of Acquisitions at Magellan Group, Inc., and Director of Operations at Magellan Storage. Today, Adrian leads the firm’s investment, development, and management activities across a portfolio of multifamily, industrial, office, and hospitality properties throughout California, from San Diego and the Inland Empire to Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Adrian built Comstock as a boutique firm focused on quality and value creation over volume and scale, taking a hands-on approach to achieving a disciplined business plan execution, thoughtful design, and optimized planning of spaces and places. A graduate of University of Southern California (BA, 1993), and Oxford University (Soviet Studies, 1990).

Kristin brings more than 30 years of real estate development, investment and capital markets experience to Comstock Realty Partners. Today, she is focused on peerless execution of financing and acquisitions transactions at Comstock. Prior to joining Comstock, Kristin spent most of her career building relationships at institutional firms such as Buchanan Street Partners, Bridge Investment, and Greystar, as a private equity portfolio manager, financing and acquisitions executive at a large Multifamily Developer/Operator. Kristin graduated University of Southern California (BS, Real Estate Finance), and she attained a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Finance from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Prior to joining Comstock, Guillermo spent 12 years as an architect and Construction Project Manager at numerous institutional firms, including L’Escoto for architecture in Chicago, IL, and at Lend Lease, Skanska, and Turner & Townsend for Construction Project Management in Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Today, Guillermo oversees the project design and management teams at Comstock, ensuring keen design and the delivery of on-time and on-budget development projects and tenant improvement build-outs. Guillermo completed his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Master of Science in Construction Project Management, from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2014. Prior to IIT, Guillermo studied architecture at various institutions in Mexico and Spain, including, Universidad Anahuac (2004-2005), and ETSAM (Escuela Tecnica Superior Arquitectura de Madrid 2012).

Alex practices multiple disciplines at Comstock Realty Partners; project management and financing. Alex is currently overseeing a 71,242 SF warehouse development in San Francisco, and on an ongoing basis, Alex is creating proformas and compiling due diligence for refinancings and acquisitions. Before joining Comstock, Alex was part of CBRE’s Capital Advisory team based in El Segundo, California. Alex holds dual degrees from Loyola Marymount University, (B.S. in Economics and a B.B.A. in Finance, 2024).

Anna is responsible for day-to-day management of project design at Comstock, drawing on her curriculum vitae that includes twelve years as a licensed architect, delivering high-end hospitality, residential, and mixed-use commercial projects, including work for globally recognized brands like Nobu and Kempinski. Anna holds dual degrees: a Master of Architecture from the University of California Los Angeles, and a Master of Science in Architectural Engineering from Omsk, Russia.

“Geri” is responsible for overseeing human resources, financial reporting, and tax preparation at Comstock. Prior to joining Comstock, Geri had more than twenty years of senior accounting for various enterprises including medical equipment, private clubs and hospitality. Geri has completed numerous financial and accounting courses at the University of California Los Angeles.

Gemma manages day to day accounts payable and receivables, and keeps the firm’s day-to-day operations running smoothly.
