Adrian Comstock - Founder & CEO
Part of the commercial real estate investment business since 1995, Mr. Comstock was previously a Vice President at Magellan Group and the Southern California Investment Fund. Activities included asset management, property management, development, financing and leasing, for more than 3.5 Million SF of industrial, office and self-storage properties. Since its founding in 2007, Mr. Comstock has overseen the growth of Comstock Realty Partners to acquire, invest in, and develop more than 2M SF of multifamily, hospitality, industrial and office properties throughout California.

Scott D. Matkins - Principal
At Magellan Group, Inc. and the Southern California Industrial Fund from 1999 to 2010, Mr. Matkins was responsible for asset management, redevelopment and leasing of industrial, office and airport properties within a portfolio that stretched from Central Valley to San Diego. Mr. Matkins attended Menlo College.

Craig C. Burger - Principal
With Comstock since 2012, and with more than Thirty years in commercial acquisitions, dispositions, strategic consulting, leasing, investment and project management spanning all major asset classes. Previously Vice President, Development and Asset Strategy Group at Jones Lang LaSalle, and prior to that a Principal with BullHorne Investment Group, and with Marcus & Millichap. Mr. Burger was also in management with the California Department of Transportation, Right of Way, overseeing 500 commercial and residential assets.
Mr. Burger resides in San Jose, CA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Sacramento.

Howard Clarke - Vice President of Development
Joining the firm in 2020, Howard Clarke has brought institutional-grade project management and design development tools to Comstock Realty Partners. Prior to joining Comstock, Mr. Clarke was a Development Manager at the Dorcester Group, Mohegan Sun Company, and the Caruso Company. He is a graduate of Leicester University in the UK with a degree in Landscape Architecture.

Stephanie Mork - Vice President Project Management and Entitlements
Joining the firm in 2020, Ms. Mork has focused on obtaining entitlements for challenging and complex situations, fundraising, and on project management of selected Comstock Portfolio properties in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Prior to joining Comstock, Ms. Mork led marketing and special projects for various auction houses including Sothebys and Christies. Graduate (1991) of University of California Los Angeles.

Jessica Vargas - Chief of Staff & Project Management Associate
Joining Comstock in 2023, Ms. Vargas is Chief of Staff and is Project Management Associate for the Comstock Industrial Center @ Vernon development in Vernon, CA. Prior to joining Comstock, Ms. Vargas worked for 2 high net worth family offices and as an operations manager for Zara. A native of Chicago, IL, Ms. Vargas was educated at FIDM, Los Angeles.
