Shadowridge hotel is an approved and entitled 121 room hotel new-build development. The project will include a swimming pool, indoor fitness center, a bistro bites cafe and bar for light bites at mornings and evenings, including a happy hour serving drinks and cocktails. Served by two elevators along a central corridor, the 121 room hotel offers luxury business travel suites, king single rooms, and double-queen rooms.
