Shadowridge hotel is an approved and entitled 121 room hotel new-build development. The project will include a swimming pool, indoor fitness center, a bistro bites cafe and bar for light bites at mornings and evenings, including a happy hour serving drinks and cocktails. Served by two elevators along a central corridor, the 121 room hotel offers luxury business travel suites, king single rooms, and double-queen rooms.

Project March 2020- Present: A historical remodel and expansion of five interconnected, original structures to 106,227 SF of PDR space. Modelo

Modelo is a proposed 21st Century vibrant, mixed-use, residential, entertainment, retail and community park project, including 850 residential units and townhomes, 165,000 SF of retail, restaurant and entertainment space. The project also highlights an expanded and enhanced veteran’s park with over 2,200 subterranean parking spaces creating a pedestrian friendly environment and a new 65,000 SF community center with senior and child care services. Vernon is a 74,445 SF Class A 36’ clear ESFR warehouse development in the city of Vernon. The plan is to build a 74,445 SF industrial building on a 3.30 acre vacant land site situated just south of Downtown Los Angeles, in the 0.7% vacant , 164MSF Los Angeles Central Industrial Market. Comstock is in the pre-planning phase of the project, and expects to break ground in late 2022. The location is perfect for logistics within the Central LA, Downtown LA, and LA Port markets. The project is expected to commence grading September 2021, with completion and occupancy available July 2022. Comstock is in the design development phase of the project, and plans to break ground in November 2023. The site is strategically located on a corner lot with access to Bandini Boulevard and Garfield Ave.
